Publication Fees

Scientific review and the decision to accept a manuscript never depend on the author’s ability to pay.

• Current status: a publication fee has not been approved yet. No amount may be requested from authors until it is announced on this page.
• If a fee is introduced, its amount, currency, effective date, payment terms and exemptions will be published here in advance and communicated to the author before payment.
• Payment is accepted only through the publisher’s official channels — never to personal bank cards of staff — and confirmed by an accounting document.
• Payment does not guarantee acceptance, a positive review or a publication date.
